Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at recordmillstudios.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, recordmillstudios.com will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although recordmillstudios.com does not guarantee the same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on Sundays and holidays.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 3 hours if he/she wishes to. And in case of a customer requesting a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and refund will be processed through the same mode within 5 working days. For EMI transactions and American Express (AMEX) Credit Cards, a fee of 4% of the order value applies. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery when the products are unused and no longer needed.
